Bolmynydd is a small family run camping park located in the shelter of Llanbedrog headland, in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty.

With its 5 star grading from Visit Wales it is the ideal choice for a perfect relaxing camping holiday, with superb facilities and a friendly atmosphere.

From the Park there are fantastic views of the coast and the mountains of Snowdonia. It is within easy walking distance to beaches, a well stocked shop, family pub and cosy bistro.

The 5 star graded facilities include

  • spacious pitches separated with hedging, suitable for tents, campervans and motorhomes and all with electric hook up points
  • warm underfloor heated toilet block, free hot showers and power sockets for own hairdryers and straightners
  • fully fitted laundry room with freezer and microwave
  • indoor washing up area
  • free wi-fi access across the park
  • well behaved dogs are welcome

The owners are very friendly, always on hand if you have questions and have loads of tips and advice of the surrounding area. Pitches are very spacious too. We also love the fact that tents are not crammed in, there’s lots of open space in the middle of the field."

How to find us

Bolmynydd is located off the A499 road between Pwllheli and Abersoch along a single track lane which some large motorhomes may find challenging.

All motorhomes and campervans should access the site along this route. Please do not use your sat nav.

From Pwllheli drive into Llanbedrog heading towards Abersoch. At the Spar shop proceed a further half a mile towards Abersoch and turn at an information signpost on the left marked Bolmynydd. Follow the single track lane up to the crest of the hill and Bolmynydd Camping Park is on your left.
