In the event of an emergency please call the emergency services and contact us directly. There are fire extinguisher points around the Park. The Park conforms to the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960, Section 5. There is a fire risk assessment available to view on the Park. Please make sure that you and your party have read this and know what to do in the event of an emergency.

Please ensure that your unit is pitched at least 6m away from another unit (or 3m away from a family unit) and that your vehicle is pitched at least 3m away from any tents or vehicles. This is to ensure that you are complying with current fire safety rules.

All bookings must be made via our website. We only accept bookings for singles, couples and families. Associated bookings of more than two parties will not be pitched together on Park.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required with every booking and full payment is required within 30 days of the holiday start date.

We regret no refunds are available in the event of cancellation, inclement weather or if you choose to leave early. No refunds will be given due to enforced restrictions or closure by the Welsh or UK Government during the season.

You may cancel your booking at any time, but we do not refund any deposits or balances already paid. We need to be advised of your cancellation by email. If you cancel your holiday due to exceptional circumstances and we are able to re-let the space you have booked we may be able to carry the balance of your booking on to a future date within the same season.

Arrivals must report to the office and book in before pitching.

We are sorry but we are unable to guarantee specific pitches but we will endeavour to accommodate all requirements.
