Terms & Conditions

When making a booking all persons must abide by the Park’s Terms and Conditions.

We do not accept any liability to any person or property. The Park and facilities are used entirely at guests own risk.

All vehicles must keep their speed below 5 mph on the site.

The electric hook up has a 10 amp supply intended for camping type electrical appliances. It should not be overloaded with high powered electric heaters. Charging vehicles on this supply is prohibited. To charge any vehicle a 7.4 kW car charger is provided on the site opposite the amenity block.

Dogs are accepted only on condition that:

a) they are on a lead at all times

b) all fouling is contained in the dog walking area and is collected and disposed of in the bin provided

c) they are never left on the Park unattended

d) they are not allowed in or around the amenity block

Additional shelters will only be allowed at the management’s discretion.

It is your duty to recycle as much as your waste as possible. No large items such as BBQ’s and tents are to be left on the site.

Open fires and ground level barbecues are not permitted as they permanently damage the grass. Blocks are available to raise barbecues. Small fire pits and chimineas are allowed at the management’s discretion if used responsibly without causing any nuisance. It is your responsibility not to damage the grass. A reinstatement fee will apply for any damaged caused.

Quiet hours are from 10.30 p.m. until 7.00 a.m. This is a quiet tranquil Camping Park. Please camp in harmony with your neighbours at all times. We do not condone the playing of music at anytime.

Boats and jet skis will only be allowed at the management’s discretion.

In the event of an emergency please call the emergency services and contact us directly. There are fire extinguisher points around the Park. The Park conforms to the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960, Section 5. There is a fire risk assessment available to view on the Park. Please make sure that you and your party have read this and know what to do in the event of an emergency.

Please ensure that your unit is pitched at least 6m away from another unit (or 3m away from a family unit) and that your vehicle is pitched at least 3m away from any tents or vehicles. This is to ensure that you are complying with current fire safety rules.

Bookings

All bookings must be made via our website. We only accept bookings for singles, couples and families. Associated bookings of more than two parties will not be pitched together on Park.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required with every booking and full payment is required within 30 days of the holiday start date.

We regret no refunds are available in the event of cancellation, inclement weather or if you choose to leave early. No refunds will be given due to enforced restrictions or closure by the Welsh or UK Government during the season.

You may cancel your booking at any time, but we do not refund any deposits or balances already paid. We need to be advised of your cancellation by email at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival date. We strongly advise you take out your own cancellation insurance policy. If you cancel your holiday due to exceptional circumstances and we are able to re-let the space you have booked we may be able to carry the balance of your booking on to a future date within the same season.

Arrivals must report to the office and book in before pitching.

We are sorry but we are unable to guarantee specific pitches but we will endeavour to accommodate all requirements.

Pitches are available from 1.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Pitches not claimed by 6 p.m. on the day of the booking will be relet unless prior notification of late arrival is given.

We reserve the right to remove any person we consider unsuitable or whose behaviour is detrimental to other visitors on the Camping Park.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you, the customer, agree to these terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to refuse any booking. The person who makes the booking is responsible for the booking and warrants that they are over 18 years of age and that the party will not exceed the numbers and units stated at the time of the booking and detailed on the confirmation.

NEW FOR 2024 – SEPARATE COLLECTION OF WASTE MATERIALS FOR RECYCLING

From 6 April 2024 it will become law in Wales for all businesses, charities and public sector organisations to separate their waste for recycling.

The Welsh Government is introducing this law to improve the quality and quantity of recycling we collect and the consistency of how we manage it.  It will reduce carbon emissions and avoid waste going to landfill and incineration.  This is a crucial step in tackling the climate and nature emergency, by helping us to move to zero waste whilst also helping the Welsh economy.

The site will be providing bins to sort the following waste:

GENERAL LANDFILL WASTE

PAPER AND CARD

PLASTIC CARTONS AND METALS

GLASS

FOOD ( TO BE CONFIRMED)

Items such as electricals, deck chairs and bulk packaging will not be accepted in these bins.

If you are unable to dispose of these yourselves please inform us to arrange disposal.

If any of the bins are cross contaminated with other materials they will be deemed landfill waste and charged at the premium rate this carries.

This will significantly increase our costs and will be passed on to yourselves in the site fees.

We hope to have your full co-operation to make our waste management as green and efficient as possible to comply with the new code of practice in Wales.
